DAY 1: Mehndi & Welcome Dinner

We kick off the celebrations with a fun-filled Mehndi followed by the Welcome Dinner. It's a bright, lively event with music, food, and drinks. We hope that by the end of the evening, everyone knows each other just a little bit better.

Dress Code

Festive & Colorful

Indian semi-formal (encouraged!) or American dressy casual.

This event is fun and relaxed -- think garden party. No running shoes or t-shirts, please! Examples of Indian attire would be a Kurta (long tunic and pants), a Lehenga (crop top and skirt), or Shalwar Kameez (long tunic and pants).

The Bride and Groom will be in colorful clothes - it is 100% okay to wear whites/creams to this event!

Hindu Ceremony ॐ

(morning)

Traditional Hindu ceremony where the couple is united in marriage through a series of rituals.

Dress Code: Traditional Indian attire preferred.

Sarees for women. We recommend looking for ""instant" "prestitch" or "readymade" sarees, which make getting dressed easier!

Kurtas, Kurtas with a Nehru(vest), Bandhgala (short jacket) or Sherwani (long jacket) for men.

The Bride will wear red. It is 100% okay to wear whites, ivories, and reds!

If you have questions about dress, please email erin@lindemanweddings.com.

Lunch

A taste of Italy! Please join us for lunch after the Indian Ceremony.

Vow Exchange + Celebration

(evening)

Pause for some R&R then rejoin us again for our Vow Exchange followed by dinner and dancing late into the evening.

Dress Code: Western Dressy-Festive. We welcome lots of fun - lean into colors (and comfort for the dance floor)!

The bride will wear white.

Brunch and Ciao for now

Join us for a Farewell Brunch before check out. Check out is at 11am for those departing this day.
